Trine in Synastry

The Trine is an aspect formed when two or more planets are roughly 120° from each other; in synastry, a trine between the planets of one person's chart to another's indicates an area of natural harmonious flow that can be used by the parties involved as a resource to tackle the more challenging issues they face. Too many trines, though, may promote passivity and eventual disinterest.
