Is he/she really attracted to me?

Typically in the first few phases of a relationship the level of attraction is pretty clear since this is what brought the couple together in the first place. There are, therefore, usually only two basic periods when this question might become a concern: 1) before the relationship has begun when you are gauging his/her potential degree of interest, and 2) after the relationship has matured and settled when you find yourself asking if he/she is still attracted to you and how much so. In the first instance, one usually feels that one is picking up on "signals" from the other but is not sure if what they sense is real or a product of their own wishful imagination. A comparison of the natal charts can indicate the real potential for and nature of attraction between any two people, and the use of techniques called secondary progressions and transits can indicate if the timing is right for this attraction to turn into a relationship or if it is just a passing phase. Remember, attraction is something that can occur between any two people at any time but that does not necessarily mean that a relationship can emerge from it, or at least not the kind you might be hoping for. In the second instance we make more use of a composite chart and its progressions to determine the current phase of development that a relationship is going through. Like any aspect of nature, attraction goes through cycles and will not always be expressed in the same manner all the time. Rather than waning, the attraction may actually be deepening and taking on a new and more mature form. To appreciate all the myriad natural changes that relationships go through is like appreciating the beauty of each of the seasons. Long-term relationship can constitute one of the greatest adventures life has to offer.
