Opposition in Synastry

The Opposition is an aspect formed when two or more planets are roughly 180°, or directly across, from each other; in synastry, an opposition between the planets of one person's chart to another's indicates an area of natural conflict with a potential to foster greater awareness through the mirroring of differences. It may also foster attraction through the medium of projection.
