To ensure accuracy upon ordering online, you will have the opportunity to preview and edit the birth data entered before you click the final "Checkout" button. After the order is placed, you will also receive a confirmation email complete with order details for you to review. If a correction of your own birth data on any report purchased is only requested after order delivery, an Adjustment Fee of US$19.99 applies. However, a new report must be purchased in full if any of your partner's birth data on the report is to be corrected.
