Conjunction in Synastry

Aspects are the angular relationships between the planets and points that promote action or interaction, flow or blockage, whether within an individual, between individuals, or between both individuals and events in the world (or even between the events themselves). Aspects are the primary dynamic in astrology, the movers and shakers -- just as in the human world it is relationships that make things happen. The Conjunction is an aspect formed when two or more planets conjoin roughly at the same degree (some may even be out of signs but still adjacent to each other), and is the most potent of all the aspects. In synastry, a conjunction between the planets of one person's chart to another's signifies a powerful focus of relational activity typically acted out below the awareness level of one or both parties.
